Founder & Lead Consultant of Apex Dynamic Hospital Solutions, Dr. Dinesh Kumar is a highly respected healthcare leader with over 28 years of experience in clinical practice, hospital administration, healthcare quality systems, training, and people management.

He served with distinction in the Indian Army Medical Corps for more than 13 years, where he held several leadership positions including Medical Superintendent, Officer-in-Charge of Field Hospitals, IT Officer, Medical Stores Officer, Adjutant, and CBRN Officer.

After his military service, he continued his leadership journey across reputed hospitals and healthcare organizations including Delhi Heart and Lung Institute, Park Hospital Faridabad, Tirath Ram Shah Hospital, Guru Harkrishan Institute, SPES Hospital Greater Noida, Apollo Home Healthcare, International SOS, and Indiabulls Dhani Healthcare.

His expertise includes NABH Accreditation, hospital operations, healthcare quality management, policy implementation, team building, staff training, and organizational effectiveness. He has extensive experience in implementing practical and sustainable NABH-compliant systems for hospitals and AYUSH centres.

Dr. Dinesh completed his MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, along with advanced qualifications in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Quality Management, and NABH standards. He is also a recipient of prestigious recognitions including the High Altitude Medal and Sainya Seva Medal from the Indian Army.
